Today, we are the trusted provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services and food service equipment in the New York Tri-State area. Daniel P. Harris
Dan Harris joined Triangle Refrigeration in 2020 as president. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the company. Following a 14-year military career and prior to joining Triangle, he held multiple executive roles at manufacturing and service companies throughout the United States, including API Heat Transfer, Blake Equipment, C&D Technologies, Cleaver-Brooks, and Graham Packaging. While each company focused on different markets, they were all U.S.-headquartered companies that delivered quality products to their customers. Triangle is a perfect fit for Dan in that respect. Dan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Economics. He is married and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the far reaches with his family.
Michelle is a second-generation family member with Triangle Refrigeration, having joined in 1998. In her position as Regional Controller chief financial officer, she is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and controlling the accounting and financial records of the company. Michelle oversees the accounting, sales support, and information technology departments. She enjoys her job because each day is different and brings new challenges. Michelle attended several accounting classes at Elizabethtown College. She serves on the Foundation board for the Lancaster County Career and Technical Center. and holds leadership roles outside of Triangle on various financial and executive committees. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys golfing with her husband, Jon, baking delicious treats, volunteering with LCJGT (Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour), conquering escape rooms, and spending time with family.
Director of Refrigeration Operations
Dwain is a second-generation family member of Triangle Refrigeration and joined the company in 1986. Dwain oversees the installation departments for commercial refrigeration. He most enjoys working through technical challenges associated with the refrigeration industry. Dwain began his career at Triangle as a refrigeration installation technician, eventually moving into the service department as a service technician. He then transitioned to the position of FSS (Field Service Supervisor) for the Reading, Allentown, and Philadelphia areas. Following his work as an FSS, Dwain moved into estimating and design until he moved into his current role. He is married and has three children. In his spare time, Dwain enjoys mountain biking. He also volunteers as a sound technician at his church.
Purchasing, Inventory & Fleet Manager
Randy joined Triangle Refrigeration in February 2015 as a sales and purchasing coordinator. In his current position as purchasing, inventory, & fleet manager, he is responsible for overseeing buyers, warehouse personnel, and our fleet mechanic. Each day brings a new set of challenges and time-sensitive tasks. Randy enjoys working with his team and fellow employees to keep operations running smoothly. He graduated from Albright University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Randy has an extensive background in training and operations along with many years of purchasing experience. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, family, and friends. Randy enjoys sports and loyally follows all of Philadelphia’s teams. He previously coached high school basketball, and now coaches his daughter’s basketball team.
HR & Safety Manager
Kevin joined the Triangle Refrigeration team in July 2016 as safety manger and now serves as Triangle’s HR & Safety Manager. He is blessed to work for a stable and growing company of dedicated employees with a wealth of experience. Kevin previously held several retail positions, serving as store and operations manager as well as safety manager in the agricultural environment. He is a certified crane inspector and forklift training instructor. During his spare time, Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and martial arts. He is thankful for his loving wife of over 40 years along with their two adult children.
Director of Service Operations
Ed joined Triangle Refrigeration in May 2019 as director of service operations. He serves on the management team. Ed has held previous positions as president, vice president, and director of operations in several companies. He has extensive experience in organizational, leadership, management, process improvement, and customer service. Ed holds a BS from Millersville University and lives with his wife in Adams County, PA.
Director of Operations Mechanical
Robert brings more than forty years of construction related experience to his role with Triangle Refrigeration. Currently, Robert oversees preconstruction and construction services for the HVAC and plumbing Departments. Robert joined Triangle in 2017, performing preconstruction services and eventually moving into his current position. Robert’s career in both construction contracting and performance contracting has involved project work in all fifty states, as well as in U.S. territories and other nations. He is married and has six children. In his spare time, Robert enjoys camping and hiking.
