Cleo Weaver founded the family business, Triangle Refrigeration Co., in 1969 as sole proprietor. Following humble beginnings, Triangle continued to grow and now supports 150 employees. In 2016, Cleo stepped down as President/CEO and is now Chairman of the Board. Dave Neslund was appointed President. Cleo's three children, Dwain and Eric Weaver, and Michelle Chronister, all remain active with increasing roles in the family business.
Transferring ownership and management of Triangle from the first to the second generation is rewarding and fulfilling for Cleo and Linda Weaver and they are looking forward to their new roles.
The Weaver family is thankful to see Triangle grow, meeting their needs and the needs of the families of the 150 employees benefitting from the created jobs.
In his retirement, Cleo is looking forward to serving his church, community organizations and the next family generation as they continue to grow Triangle as a successful family business.
Cleo feels truly blessed by Triangle and trusts the succeeding generations, customers, co-workers, and community are likewise.
Linda is a first generation family member and has worked for Triangle Refrigeration Co for 41 years. Currently, Linda serves as Treasurer, providing both operational and programmatic support to the organization. She supervises the finance unit and assists on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, multi-state tax filings and credit approvals. Linda most enjoys her relationships with employees and the business community.
Linda received her degree in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. In 2005, Linda was selected as one of Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business. She currently serves on the Ephrata Hospital Board and the Northern Lancaster County Medical Board. She also participates in Leadership Lancaster and the TEC Group.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys entertaining family and friends and traveling.
Dave started as the President of Triangle Refrigeration Co. in January 2016 taking over from Cleo Weaver who founded the business in 1969 and is now Chairman of the Board.
Dave was most recently the Senior Business Intermediary at Summit Advisory.
His other experiences include serving three years as CEO of a closely-held regional business and twenty years of progressive responsibility in commercial banking, including corporate finance and business valuation training with Chase Manhattan Bank. Dave holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and lives in Manheim Township with his wife, Mary Ellen, and their 3 children.
His interests include sports, education, community and public policy. Formerly President of the Manheim Township High School Booster Club, his current outside activities include Rotary and Treasurer of the Manheim Township Educational Foundation.
Michelle is a second-generation family member with Triangle Refrigeration Co., having joined in 1997. In her position as Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for analyzing, interpreting and controlling the accounting and financial records of the company. Michelle also oversees the accounting, sales support and information technology departments. She enjoys her job because each day is different and brings new challenges. After graduation, Michelle enhanced her finance skills by enrolling in several accounting classes at Elizabethtown College. She serves on the foundation board for the Lancaster County Career and Technical Center and holds leadership roles outside of Triangle on various financial and executive committees. When she's not working, Michelle enjoys golfing with her husband Jon, baking delicious treats, volunteering with LCJGT (Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour), conquering escape rooms, and spending time with family.
Dwain is a second-generation family member of Triangle Refrigeration Co. and joined the company in 1986. Currently, Dwain oversees the Installation departments on the Commercial Refrigeration side of the company. He most enjoys working through technical challenges associated with the refrigeration industry. Dwain began his career at Triangle as a Refrigeration Installation Technician, eventually moving into the service department as a Service Technician. After five years, he transitioned to the position of FSS (Field Service Supervisor) for the Reading, Allentown and Philadelphia area. Following his work as an FSS, Dwain moved into Estimating and Design until he moved into his current role. He is married and has 3 children. In his spare time, Dwain enjoys mountain biking. He also volunteers as a sound technician at his church.
Eric is a second-generation family member of Triangle Refrigeration Co. and joined the company in 1994. Currently, Eric's role as a Business Developer is working to provide commercial refrigeration and foodservice solutions to new and existing customers. He most enjoys hearing positive feedback from customers and seeing the growth of Triangle employees as they develop their strengths and take on new areas of responsibility. Eric began his career with Triangle in 1994 as an HVAC Installation Apprentice. During his career, he has learned and developed skills in a variety of roles including Installation Apprentice, Job Foreman, Service Technician, Project Manager, Department Director, and now in his current role as Business Developer. Eric's father started Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 1969 and he has seen the dedication to growth that has gone into the company, along with the support of many good people in the organization. Eric continues to have a strong, personal commitment to see that the company continues to provide outstanding services to customers while creating fulfilling career opportunities for employees. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their two children, Mitchell and Jasmine. Eric and his wife are actively involved in their children's sports and other activities. Amy serves in their church as the Director of Children's Ministries and at home as a gracious caregiver. The family enjoys trips to the beach and mountains, getting together with family and friends and spending time with their dog Riley.
Randy joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in February 2015 as a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator. In his current position as Purchasing, Inventory & Fleet Manager, he is responsible for overseeing buyers, warehouse personnel, and our fleet mechanic. Each day brings a new set of challenges and time-sensitive tasks. Randy enjoys working with his team and fellow employees to keep operations running smoothly. He graduated from Albright University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Randy has an extensive background in Training and Operations along with many years of Purchasing experience. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, family and friends. Randy enjoys sports and loyally follows all of Philadelphia's teams. He previously coached high school basketball, and now coaches his daughter's basketball team.
Kevin joined Triangle's team in July of 2016 as Safety Manger and now currently serves as Triangle's HR & Safety Manager. He is blessed to work for a stable and growing company of dedicated employees with a wealth of experience.
Kevin previously held several retail related positions, serving as Store & Operations Manager as well as Safety Manager in the agricultural environment. He also is a certified crane inspector and forklift training instructor.
During his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and the martial arts. He is thankful for his loving and longsuffering wife of over 35 years along with 2 adult children.
Ed joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in May 2019 as the Director of Service Operations. He also serves on the Management Team.
Ed has held previous positions as President, Vice President, and Director of Operations in several companies. He has extensive experience in organizational, leadership, management, process improvement and customer service. Ed holds a B.S. from Millersville University and lives with his wife in Adams County PA.
Robert brings more than forty years of construction related experience to his role with Triangle Refrigeration. Currently, Robert oversees preconstruction and construction services for the HVAC and Plumbing Departments. Robert joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 2017 performing pre-construction services and eventually moving into his current position. Robert's career in both construction contracting and performance contracting has involved him in project work in all fifty states, as well as in US Territories and other nations. He is married and has 6 children. In his spare time, Robert enjoys camping and hiking.
Regina has worked for Triangle Refrigeration Co. since 2004. She currently serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President, and helps support the Executive team. She enjoys the scope and challenge of the tasks she does.
Prior to her time at Triangle, Regina was the Executive Administrative Assistant/Analyst for the CFO of Breuners Home Furnishings for 7 years. Overall, she has over 30 years of administrative experience, the last 20 years supporting Executives in key roles. She began her career in Manhattan, New York.
Regina enjoys a variety of interests including technology, growing cacti and succulents, reading non-fiction, cooking and decorating. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Marc joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in February 2005 and managed the purchasing, inventory, fleet and facility maintenance for the company until April 2019. He is now an Inventory Consultant for Triangle.
Henry has worked for Triangle Heating & Air Conditioning for 34 years. Currently he works with commercial HVAC customers on design build projects, along with many highly specialized applications. He most enjoys meeting with customers to determine their needs and then designing and delivering a project that meets or exceeds their expectations.
Steve joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in October 1980 as an Install Mechanic and is presently a Project Manager for the refrigeration install department. He enjoys working with the refrigeration install team and our customers to develop the most efficient process for new installs and remodels. He has his EPA and tow motor certifications.
Steve enjoys spending time with Pam, his wife of 34 years. Together, they have 2 married daughters, 4 fabulous grandchildren, and 1 pampered poodle. Steve's hobbies include woodworking, traveling, and working in his gardens.
Steve joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 1997. He currently works in the Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration, HVAC & Plumbing division with a primary focus on design-build projects for grocery stores, cold storage facilities and food processing as well as equipment retrofits and replacements. Steve enjoys the challenge of meeting customer goals and finding the right solution and budget for mechanical issues and projects. He has worked in the refrigeration and HVAC fields for over 35 years, starting as a laborer and working his way up through project management, service manager and into business development. Steve believes that continual training helps him stay current with the latest trends and changes within the HVAC-R industry. Combining training and past experience with a variety of projects has provided Steve with a vast background to better serve Triangle's customers. When not working, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in sporting events and spending time with his family.
John began his career with Triangle Refrigeration Co 29 years ago. He currently manages the refrigeration service technicians, helps customers with equipment problems and billing and coordinates jobs with other departments. He also schedules training for the service department. He enjoys helping his customers and technicians solve problems.
Prior to working for Triangle, John worked for a small refrigeration company in the area. He has worked in the industry since 1975 and holds a universal certification, along with hundreds of hours of training on a variety of equipment and systems.
Joseph has worked for Triangle Heating & Air Conditioning for 5 years. His primary job is keeping preventative maintenance up to date, while dispatching the service for service calls that come in. Joseph most enjoys integrating customizable HVAC controls into the front end for customers.
Joseph has spent the last 18 years in commercial and industrial service positions. He is Niagara AX and AX Security certified.
Rick began his career with Triangle Refrigeration Co in 1985. He currently manages and trains Service Technicians to provide customers with quality service they can trust. He enjoys the daily challenges and troubleshooting aspects of his position.
Prior to his work at Triangle, Rick worked as a Service Technician for a supermarket chain. Rick holds a universal certification in refrigeration and has also received training in forklift safety, OSHA safety, crane rigging & signaling, and Danfoss and CPC operation.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters as well as hunting, playing horseshoes and kayaking.
Chad has been with Triangle Refrigeration Co for 17 years and currently serves as a Field Service Supervisor for the Lancaster area. He enjoys the challenges that come with servicing pharmaceutical companies, supermarkets and convenience stores in the area.
Prior to his work at Triangle, Chad attended York Technical Institute for HVACR.
Chad is married to his high school sweetheart and has 2 daughters. Both daughters are active in sports. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors and watching football and soccer.
Steve has worked at Triangle Refrigeration Co since 1987. As a Field Service Supervisor, Steve assists technicians in the field with restaurant and food service equipment. He most enjoys troubleshooting equipment problems and his interactions with customers.
Prior to his work at Triangle, Steve performed repair work on office refreshment equipment and also managed a vacuum cleaner business.
Steve has a number of certifications that he's completed during his years with Triangle.
Dave has been with Triangle Refrigeration Co. for over 25 years. Currently, he oversees warehouse and refurbish shop operations, taking charge of all incoming and outgoing freight and equipment. He also assists in acquiring parts and equipment and loading install trucks for commercial installation projects, while maintaining the large warehouse inventory of new and used equipment. He oversees the paint shop and all refurbishment operations at Clay road. Dave enjoys the diversity and almost constant action of his position that keeps things interesting. Dave holds a variety of certifications in refrigerant use, tow motors and lifts. Dave is also first aid certified and has received OSHA training.
Dave is married to his wonderful wife Robin of 20 years. They have 4 children, 7 grandchildren and a little cocker spaniel named Bella. In their spare time, Dave and his wife enjoy camping and motorcycling.
Jeff has worked at Triangle Heating & Air Conditioning for 15 years. Currently he works in business development helping customers find solutions to their heating, cooling, ventilation, controls, indoor air quality and plumbing needs. He also works with the rest of the HVAC team to increase sales and grow the company's base of satisfied clients. Jeff most enjoys helping customers solve problems. Since every customer and problem is unique, each solution needs to be tailored individually.
Before joining Triangle, Jeff worked for a major distributor selling building, plumbing and electrical products throughout the Northeast. He also ran a successful fabrication operation. Jeff received his BA from UNC-G and participated in a 10-week Carrier HVAC design class, along with numerous continuing education classes. He currently has over 30 years of sales experience and 7 years experience in operations management.
Jeff is married to a wonderful wife and has 2 talented daughters, along with Lily, their 18 lb princess. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing tennis, gardening and working out.
Bill joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in September 2019 as Project Manager / Estimator / Sales. He has held previous positions as Vice President, Commercial Service Manager, and Director of Technical Services in several companies. Bill has extensive experience in organizational, leadership, management, process improvement and customer service in the Commercial HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical Contracting Industry. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and lives with his wife and daughter in Lancaster County PA.
Tim has worked for Triangle Refrigeration Co for over 7 years. As a Business Developer, Tim sells commercial refrigeration equipment to key accounts including grocery stores, farmers markets and schools. He most enjoys working with different types of customers and the variety that comes with each day.
Tim has worked in sales for a number of different food manufacturers, calling on grocery stores and farmers markets, many of whom were large national accounts.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with family and traveling around the world. He also enjoys vacations at the beach and Penn State sports.
Jim joined Triangle Refrigeration in 2017 as the Refrigeration Applications/Design Estimator. He has over 18 years of experience in the HVAC-R industry and has been designing refrigeration systems for over 16 years. Jim enjoys meeting with Customers and designing a solution that best meets their needs. He enjoys custom projects and building large industrial systems that use less energy and accomplish unique processes. Jim enjoys combining the best mechanical equipment with the best technology and controls. He is married with 3 children. In his spare time, Jim enjoys woodworking, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Anthony joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 2007 and currently serves as the Field Service Supervisor for the Harrisburg/York area. He enjoys the daily challenges of the refrigeration trade and the ability to satisfy the customers' needs. Prior to his work at Triangle, Anthony worked as a Service Technician in the refrigeration industry. He holds a universal certification in refrigeration and has also received training in forklift safety operations, OSHA safety, crane rigging & signaling, and Danfoss programming and operation. Anthony is married with a son and daughter at home. He enjoys when his 4 daughters and granddaughter visit from Delaware. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys hiking and camping with his family. He also has a great love for hunting, fishing, and dirt bikes.
Tracy joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 2003. As a Food Service Specialist, she trains Triangle's customers on how to operate and maintain their new food service equipment. Tracy also sells Lozier shelving, refrigeration equipment, and oversees the Charley Biggs' program. Tracy has worked in food service for the bulk of her career having joined Triangle from a family-owned supermarket. In her personal time, Tracy enjoys traveling around the world with her husband Ken. Her second love is cooking and entertaining.
Shawn joined Triangle Heating & Air Conditioning in 2002. As a Project Manager, Shawn organizes, schedules and helps install commercial installation projects for the HVAC department. He most enjoys the diversity of projects he works on.
Renard has worked for Triangle Refrigeration Co for 6 years. He handles project management and estimating. He enjoys the diversity of projects he works on as well as the relationships he has with his coworkers.
Renard has over 32 years experience in the industry and has a Masters License from the state of Maryland.
Renard is married to his wife Wendy and has a son, Ryan and a daughter, Danielle. The family also has 2 dogs and a cat. Renard is a Hershey Bears Hockey season ticket holder. In his spare time, Renard enjoys sitting on the deck, grilling, weekend motorcycle cruising and sports.
Joe has worked for Triangle Refrigeration Co for 32 years. As a business developer, Joe is in charge of sales for commercial refrigeration equipment as well as bulk equipment and fixtures commonly found in grocery stores and convenience stores. He says the best part of his job is hearing a customer say how happy he or she is with a completed project, especially when they emphasize the work that the installation and service personnel did to make the project a success.
Joe has worked in the refrigeration industry for most of his career, starting with the installation of equipment for a local refrigeration company while he was in college. Joe moved into sales and worked briefly for a walk-in cooler and freezer company before joining Triangle.
Joe has been married to his wonderful wife Tina for 40 years. They have two adult children; Lindsay and Chad. Although they don't have any grandchildren (yet), they do have one grand dog, a bulldog named Chloie and their own spoiled little Shih-poo pup, Bella. In his spare time, Joe enjoys archery hunting and playing golf, though he says he doesn't do either as much as he would like.
Mike joined Triangle Refrigeration Co. in 2019. He has been working in the HVAC/Plumbing world for the last 16 years. First as a CADD Operator (Computer Aided Drafting & Design) and as a Plumbing Estimator (since 2009 – 2010), while still doing the drafting needed to keep projects going. In the past, he has been a grain miller making flour for some well-known companies and a teamster/dock worker for a major trucking company. In his free time, Mike is deeply involved with the U.S. Civil War reenacting community (since 1992) in many different roles. He loves history and how things were done in the old days. Mike also dabbles as an amateur magician and enjoys bringing a smile to people's faces. Mike is also involved as a Board member of a local Federal Credit Union.
